Zaxby's

I ordered a grilled chicken house salad which is EXCELLENT! I don't think that the Texas toast, which is included with the salad, is really necessary. Zaxby's has taken their fried mushrooms off the menu....I am not happy about that. It was my favorite thing on their menu. I have never been a fan of their chicken, where the flavor comes from the sauce you add/dip it in. So I don't go to Zaxby's very often. Of course, this all just personal preference. The staff were great! Very courteous, very friendly, very helpful and extremely patient with our group as they all made the individual orders. Highly commendable people.

I ordered from door dash and it was not very pleasant. First I wasn't given a straw or an extra sauce I paid for. The chicken was more chewy than crunchy. I couldn't even finish it. The fries were alright but the ones at the bottom were soggy. I don't blame the door dash person. The employees here need to pay attention to what they're doing. I understand mistakes happen but this isn't the first time something like this has happened. I used to work here, it's not a difficult job if you just keep track of what you're doing.
