Cookout

I ordered a combo they call the tray through the drive thru. Food was well cooked, especially the burgers. They have that at home, cooked on the charcoal grill flavor going on. A good selection of flavors for their shakes is to be had. I had the cappuccino flavored. The fact that you get two sides in the combo is great, but my only complaint is how small they are. I ordered the onion rings and white cheddar balls and received 4-1/2 onion rings and 5 cheese balls. Overall it's still a great deal for being less than $10 for the combo.

Went through the drive-thru and got a couple cookout trays with my wife and son. Long line moved quickly however when we received our drinks the color was very light, usually means the syrup needed changed in the back. So we tasted them and sure enough basically carbonated water so when the young lady handled our food out the window we told her we would like to exchange the cokes for Dr peppers due to syrup must need changed. The young lady said she could switch them out but it would cost two additional drinks. My wife explained how would we be charged for something that's wrong. The young lady wanted to go change the syrup and give us new cokes. Well what she doesn't understand is since they didn't catch the syrup running out in time, it's not a quick fix to get the line primed out and correct. So basically you have a young person I'm sure fairly new making decisions like that without the authority by the restaurant and now losing this family's business. 😡👏

We ordered a double cheeseburger with fries and cheesy bites from the Murray location. However much like when Judas betrayed Jesus, I too was betrayed by the contents of what I found inside my to go box. Inside was only 4 fries total (we counted). 3 cheese bites, and the patties of the burger were only two small dagger sized strips that managed to peirce their way through my heart. Deeply saddened by the contents of what I saw inside the to go box, I decided to drive back to see if they would correct the order. Much as a lost soul must wait to be judged by St Peter I too had to wait over 20 minutes in line with other hungry souls to try and correct the order. Alas justice was not mine. For the fries and cheesy bites were corrected. My burger was still sad and thus I discarded my order and sought comfort in the arms of McDonald's.
