Honest Review!... House rice absolutely no flavor, where's the scallions more onions eggs peas anything to add flavor and they need to cook the rice more. A lot of chicken and beef was overcooked and dry, absolutely unacceptable. The sweet and sour sauce was terrible. The mushrooms were good, the rice noodles were okay, some of the brown gravy sauces were good... The buffet presentation look good, however most of the items on the buffet were either overcooked or under flavored.... And some of their signage is inappropriate... For instance... If you're going to get an item off the buffet make sure you eat it all and don't waste... Well if it's overcooked and has absolutely no flavor you're not going to eat it.... It would not take much effort for them to watch food Network or actually visit another Chinese restaurant to get some tips... If you want quantity and you don't care what you put on your plate... This place is fine and the presentation is fine, but if you have taste buds you may want to pause before you enter!

I ordered the schezun chicken. I asked for easy vegetables because the last time it was overwhelming. Well today was no different. The rice was good but I can’t tell how the rest was because as you see it was all veggies with a few pieces of chicken. I’m only giving them 2 stars because when you walk in the lady at the front is so friendly and pleasant.

Stopped in about 645. Wasn't to busy. Seated right away. Went to buffet. A lot of the trays were empty , food was not replaced. Food was not fresh. Service matched the food quality. Was seated next to a window that had some remodel started , looks like started 2 years ago. The job is not finished. At a window , sheetrock , water damage, not sanded, not painted.

At one time August Moon was one of my favorite restaurants but the night I went in, I was extremely disappointed at their amount of food as well as the quality of food they had. I may try them one more time in the future just to insure they weren't having a bad night but if their food and quality is no better I will not go back.
