New Yorkers would burn this place down if they served them the burned food that they serve out here. They get 2 stars only because the employees are nice. The food is ALWAYS burned. The cheese was so hard on the sandwich, you couldn't eat it. I stopped going here and I won't return.

Shout out to Dalton who made my cappuccino. It's literally half empty and not that great tasting. He couldn't even be bothered to fill the ice coffee with more ice to fill the line. For customers just stick to the donuts because obviously coffee is not their thing.

if you like your iced coffee warm and watery, this is the place to go!! tastes like it’s been sitting in a vehicle for 2 days straight. water<coffee. not to mention their donuts are crusty and dry like the sahara desert

Nothing better than a hot latte with a vanilla butter cream donut sprinkled with powdered sugar at 6:00 a.m on my way to work. My favorite Fall treat.

I'm gonna give you guys a five based on the following.
1. Life's not easy for anyone today, I appreciate the hustle. Everyone in there is pretty young, working hard.
2. The facility is always clean, very important.
3. Everyone is very polite, and upbeat.
4. Pricing is good, products is good.
I get the same order, day in, day out. A medium hot, decaf 3 Splenda, 3 creme, everything bagel toasted well done, butter.
It's almost impossible for me to get my bagel back toasted at all, forget well done. Is there some special language I need to say to get a toasted bagel? See below.

Stopped by to get a dozen doughnuts and Ruqaiyah was kind enough to select a good variety for me. She was very pleasant, patient, and friendly. She made me feel like a valued guest and I had a great shopping experience. Thank you!

Unfortunately I worked at this place for a Hot Minute and it’s a joke. Poorly managed and 1 Star is being more then generous. Management acts like they do t care so why should the employees care.I wouldn’t recommend this place I have bein to other Dunkin’ Dounuts and they where nothing like this place nobody takes pride in what kind of product there putting out they just give you anything. People don’t want to waist there money on something they ordered that’s not right exspecially when thugs are so expensive now a days GM you need to clean your House Up.

I LOVE THIS DUNKIN!!! The staff is amazing and they’re really what makes this the best Dunkin in the Dallas area. And yes……I have been to most other DD’s in town. I’m not proud of that fact but it’s true. 🤣 I’m a regular here and I’ll keep coming back for the great coffee, the amazing deals I get on the app and THE STAFF!!! ❤️
