This Subway location is the worse. They have awful awful awful employees who don’t even seem to have basic courtesy and customer service skills. They seem to hire uneducated uncultured people who lack common sense. I ordered online. The employee gave me the wrong person’s order and insisted that it’s my sandwich by pulling off an order ticket from the sandwich bag and pa info my order ticket on it. I had only ordered a sandwich but the bag had cookies so I was being kind and honest by saying this is not my order. The employee cursed me out and used the F word. I will never go to such a terrible place. When I asked for the manage she said I am the manager. When I asked for her name she paused and said Mary. Seems like she was bluffing. There were two ladies at the store on Wed 4/20 at 11:50AM. I hope the owners reach out to me and get more information and at least apologize. Terrible location!!!! Terrible staff!!!! Stay AWAY!!!! They don’t read the ticket and just randomly throw stuff on your sandwich!!!!!

Today I am changing my review about this subway location, only because of an extremely rude and unprofessional worker, who used to work in the location inside the Walmart. Since kids heat him I was driving to this particular location. Today as soon as walked in we found him in this location, he did not great us, did not ask as for our orders and kept himself busy with writing something, not only that he even did not said what was his excuse for not getting our orders. After 7 minutes waiting my daughter told me to leave for another location. His name according my daughter is Eusebad. I am sure many other reviewers would change too.

Ordered the salad with tuna online 11/21 around 5:30p... I never received confirmation of my order... But my checking account was debited for the amount. I was given the name Trina (supervisor)to call to help with the situation... Trina was very rude, short on the phone with me and disrespectful. This location is not a good place. Stay away. They will take your money. Trina needs to be fired!!!?

We ordered three sandwiches and two of them were bad. My bread was very bad. Soggy, chewy, and rubbery. When I asked for a new sandwich with a different bread, the guy with the long hair immediately attacked me said he'll make me a new one if I am not gonna trip. He took everything personal and was very mad. He refused a refund for either sandwich and said we're trying to embarrass him by saying he made bad sandwiches which we never have done. Simply asked could we get a refund for one sandwich and make a new one for the other. Him and his lady Co worker were extremely embarrassingly unfriendly and unprofessional. At the end he was so mad he said he'll call his manager for a refund but we have to wait until he has time!

so this subway employee decided that because I placed two online orders and they “looked the same” he didn’t need to make both of them. I told him they weren’t the same, they had different toppings and he said “no they’re the same”. he aggressively throws on toppings as he’s making the second order and then I walk away and come home to find that he messed up every single sub. Just avoid this location at all costs. rude service.

My daughter did a online order and picked it up at 7:30 on on 11/28. I don't know who made my sandwich but it was absolutely delicious. I pretty much always order the same thing with the same toppings but this was just made perfectly. Just the right amount of Oil and Vinegar dressing. Best Spicy Italian I've ever had at Subway!
