I love the Fuji salad and order it often. My only complaint is EVERYTIME I order this salad I have to order extra dressing because the cups are 1/4 full. For the price of this salad I should get a full cup of dressing.

Absolutely ridiculous. The worst panera I have ever been too. The bread of one of my sandwhichs was not even toasted and the chicken on the sandwhich WAS FREEZING! This location is not worth the money. The line also moves SO SLOW. Deserves zero stars.

Ordered delivery of 2 soups. 1 was apparently out of stock. Instead of communicating the issue and offering alternative or replacement, they just sent the order out the door with 1 soup and receipt stapled to bag with the out of stock soup circled and "don't have" written next to it. No refund for the missing soup issued either.

I never got my water, and they didn’t make my sandwich right yet again. I asked for balsamic as well as spinach and I have a sandwich with tomatoes, cheese, meat and mayo. I used to come here every morning before work but they can never get an order correct. Why should I spend 20 dollars on a sandwich and coffee that is never made right?

Put an online order in today, after not going to this location forever because they constantly screwed up orders. Wasn't disappointed, all of the add ons that I paid for were ignored, but I did have the benefit of watching the lady handling my food wipe the sweat off her face before grabbing my bread. Why bother with gloves when salt from her brow is a proven antibacterial. I've seen food handled more sanitary in mud huts in Iraq.

I used to really enjoyed coming to this location. But today I highly disappointed. The inside was closed due to short staff. Drive Thur was 10 cars long. So okay I’ll wait. Only to get my chicken sandwich with no chicken. Really deserve no stars but appreciate the Young lady at the window.

I give a 3 for the recent order I got for pick up. There were no utensils included and they literally filled the dressing containers for our salads 1/4 of the container. Not even half. And I paid for extra dressing for one order. Everything else was fine.

Everytime I go to this Panera location it is always a great experience. The staff is always friendly and fast. The food is always tasty and our drinks always taste the way they should. I enjoy my Chai latte at Panera than Starbucks.
