The food items are very delicious and fresh. Some of the menu items like chicken/Mutton puffs and Chicken/cheese Croissant are exclusive kinds of items. The chicken lollypop and Biryani was also too good. I haven't tried the common bakery items like bread, buns and cakes but they must be fresh as Demands are so high. The only thing which can be improved is the long queue for placing the order (it takes around 15-20 min at peaks).

There is always a very long queue here.. yesterday waited for 40 minutes to get our food and while the queue is otherwise systematic there are people who are allowed to jump the queue if they are placing bulk/party order.. one such girl jumped the queue just ahead of us placed her bulk order but also purchased some snacks for immediate consumption.. i feel that is very unfair to the 50 ppl patiently waiting their turn in a long line outside.. maybe they should take these bulk orders online or on the phone All that aside, the chicken burger is very homely and tasty and filling.. all other snacks are good too.. service can however be improved

The quality and taste of everything available here was spot on. We arrived early at 8am. The best time as there was zero waiting and you had all the time to decide what you wanted. Terribly long queues during lunch time and late evenings. I had the Chicken Puff and Chilly Chicken Croissaint today. The same taste as 10 years ago. Everything on their menu is worth a try I didn't particularly like the ambiance. The area could do with some cleaning up. I'm assuming it's a disputed property so that's what nothing much has been done about it.No seating, no wash basin, no tables. This is primarily a take-away place.

This legendary place has not changed much except that they don't let you eat inside the compound any more. Long queues only prove that people come again and again for this simple food. In this age of fancy food this place has not lost its charm and i am glad. We had mutton pasties, chicken roll, cheese sandwich and ginger lemon juice.

Had been to this place since my childhood.. But last experience left the bitter taste.. We had to wait for the long queue. They don't allow more then one person to go inside the shop, even when you're together.. Must try - chicken burger, cheesecake, tiramisu pastry, wine biscuits, Bread pudding. Only drawback is that you cannot eat in their premise, they only serve takeaways.
