Subway

The hygiene is good, but they tried to rip me off. I ordered a BLT 6in" sub. It comes with 4 pieces of bacon. They only put two pieces on there and try to pass it off. Might have worked on someone else, but not me. I've managed two subways in my lifetime. Also they put a river of sauce on my sandwich instead of the standard 3 lines. That was the fault of an old sauce bottle nozzle, but they could have at least taken some of the sauce off with a knife. Last thing to mention is as soon as they thought I was done they bagged it up and started to cash me out. No one ever asked me if that's all I wanted. I wanted salt and pepper after my sauce subway...

We ordered the "Sub of the Day" that was supposed to come with a free drink and chips. However the price listed on the menu was not the price we were charged for the sandwich. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier, I was informed that they had no control over what the menu reads or what the register charges. ?!? Maybe an adult with some autonomy and common sense should be present to babysit? Maybe the owner or manager should ensure the signage and advertising match the extremely programmable POS machines. The crew have fast and friendly service, the food was adequate...frozen veggies don't thaw well...this should not be a practice and it is very obviously done at this store. The bait and switch pricing deal basically means I won't be returning.
