Oh my goodness the food did not look anything like the picture. Honestly I felt like I got catfished. When I brought it up to the attendant she just strugged her shoulders. The taste was decent, not good, not bad but decent. I had not been to a KFC for years but it was within walking distance of a place I was visiting from work. I probably will not go to one again for a while. They need a Popeyes in the area.

Usually the chicken is halfway fresh. Today around 2:30 I ordered the chicken sandwich. Got home and saw that it had been sitting under the light for a while and very hard. Ate it because I didn't have the time nor energy to drive back. Do better KFC!!

I went to their KFC and order two little chicken sandwich. I got home and I got this. The chicken so nasty and hard and seems like they been their for a while. Also didn’t even have no Mayo that much. So disappointed

Service is what you would expect from a fast food joint these days.
On numerous occasions I’ve been handed drinks with no ice in them.. Not sure what the issue is with that? I don’t want room temperature soda.

Sent my boyfriend through the drive thru to pick up chicken last night around 9pm and I ended up with food poisoning spending the entire night throwing up. The chicken wasn't cooked properly and tasted disgusting. I can't get the smell or taste out of my memory. It was horrible. I will never come back. I still feel sick today. I might even have to check into the emergency room if my condition doesn't get better.

Half my order was missing. Went back to drive thru window and told employee it was missing. He insisted food was there. Got home and found part of my order was missing. Never received a receipt.
