Was at drive thru window for approximately 3-4 minutes waiting on food. Food finally came and it wasn't hot at all. They then also messed up order. Big Mac had cheese on it and the quarter pounder with bacon had NO bacon. Not satisfied one bit! Next time I'll sit at drive thru window to verify order...

The dirtiest McDonald's I have ever been to Flys everywhere. I could even eat it. The fries were terrible. The screen where it shows orders being prepared had dirty yellow pots from the flies I think. They need to clean that place thoroughly and keep it that way

Vynal is very kind to his employees and very understanding. I appreciate him so much and what he does. The other employees can be rude but he is by far the nicest.

Staff is rude. We went there around 10pm and we see the staff outside smoking, we pull into the drivethru and the staff start yelling at us to go home and they don't want to serve anyone else. We get to order and they are rude and tell us to hurry up. We then see the lady that was smoking at the window and she has a cigarette tucked behind her ear. We will never go there again. I understand being ready to go home but these were grown adults who behave like children throwing a tantrum. We asked for no salt fries so instead of making fresh fries they just dunk the old fries in the grease and give them to us. Highly disappointed.

Manager was very rude when we asked for more ketchup only gave us 4 for two large fries and didn't give me my drink and told me I could get it at the counter. And this was management never going back to this to this location. Rude rude rude horrible employees

Drive thru was going at a good pace. My oatmeal was perfect! & the caramel frappè was deeeelish!

My grandson and I's absolute favorite person is Mr. Thomas ... such great service and the friendliest service we have received at any restaurant recently! Thank you kind sir and may you have a Merry Christmas! Good Bless you Thomas ... your smile could warm the world!!
