The worst customer service: We used to absolutely love this place, but recently I had the worst customer service experience of my life and we can, unfortunately, never spend another dollar there. After being served the incorrect meal, the man at the register said I told him the wrong item (I don't eat meat so I know I didn't say chicken), and if I wanted the meal I would have to pay for another one. I understand there are miscommunications and I had a hankering enough that I paid for another meal. Fine. The second time we received the incorrect meal, he told us the same thing that if I wanted another one we would have to pay for it. He said, "we should have checked the bags before leaving with our to go order." Unfortunate - we were willing to pay for their over priced food because it's great, but I will never go back there again. I refuse to pay for 2 meals to only get 1 yet again.

Small location with little but good food and good service. Guacamole sauce was awesome. We ordered two tacos de chorizo. A torta de milanesa de res and a dinner plate carne asada with three drinks for less then $40. Highly recommend this place although if you have a big group go to the one in Palatine.
