Ordered pizza my pick up time was 12:12pm I got my pizza 12:45pm results I didn't get to eat and was late to wrk

This was the most disgusting men’s bathroom we’ve ever encountered in our numerous visits! (On 14 December 2021/0855 at Mt. Pleasant, IA Washington Str location.)
No toilet paper on rolls, USED toilet paper on floor, trash overflowing & on floor.
Was going to inform female employee but she was loading pizza into carousel with bare hands while also texting on her phone. Very unsanitary! Yuck!
Shame as store appears to be new! 😒

I'm a trucker I stopped for the night at where I deliver at 305 N Iris Rd, Mt Pleasant, IA and tried ordering online they dont do that tried calling they dont answer tried calling from 840pm to 930pm noone answered guess I'm eating pb and j for the night
