Taco Bell

They more often than not leave items out of my orders and the employees can be rude when asked about the missing items or sauce. Tonight when I got home I discovered that I was missing items from my order and I found a hair in my container of creamy jalapeno sauce. This location has suffered from bad service and poor order accuracy for a while now and I think I'm done with this place until I hear that they've improved.

Place is dirty. Dirty tables and floors. The kids working just point you to the kiosk and go on about their business. Don't even bother to ask if one will be paying with cash or card? Im 25 and able to order on my own without assistance but i dread this experience for those who cannot. Please be considerate of the elderly and disabled crowd, not everything is accessible to everyone. Also, remind these kids to greet their customers one isn't even acknowledged when coming in the door. I honestly still don't know how they're still open with their low rating.

I'm done with taco bell. My wife and kids thought this for a while now. after church and due to places being busy we went to taco bell. We had to order our own food, soda machine looked bad and had no ice. Food was really lacking.... has been for a while now but I just really liked a couple items. I wish they would go back to making everything in house instead of everything being fake and nasty and in bags that they heat up. I won't be back. I see taco bell going out of business soon......

They NEVER get the order right. I went yesterday and the food was cold, messy, and made wrong. Usually I don't care, and just ask for it to be remade, but the attitude is what I'm sick of. If you don't want to remake something, make it right. The rice is hard every time I go and it feels like I'm eating aquarium gravel. They don't pay attention and give me beef instead of black beans. They're lazy, rude, and don't care.

We will never eat here again under it's current management and staff. 3rd time in a row with a horrible experience.. We ordered two meals at 8pm so we'll before they closed.. (2 challupas and a cheesy Gordian meal) and tacos and a bean burrito.. Then got the food out to us before we even got to the window.. The tacos were all paper thin and had less than a spoonful of meat in them (no joke there was no meat on ANY of it), it was just lettuce and a tiny dash of cheese.. The steak chalupas were ROCK HARD, literally inedible and cold with ice cold sour scream in them and 3 pieces of meat each the size of my pinky nail. And the oil they used to cook everything in was extremely old it just tasted like stale rotten oil.. Please do not eat here. We spent $22 and the only edible thing we were given was 1 bean burrito. It was some of the most disgusting food I have ever had in my life.

It's Taco Bell, they're all the same. Deducted 2 stars for the rude drive through worker rushing me at a time when they were not busy and no one was in line behind us, my grandmother needed some time to decide which burrito she wanted. Employee further got rude and impatient when I informed her of this fact.

Worst customer service I have ever had. I go by 2 or 3 times a week on my way to work. They will not make anything that needs to be fried after 10 pm. You can get no chalupas at all. If they run out of something they will not make more. Even though they are open late, for the last several hours they would rather tell customers they ran out of something instead of making more. (Beans, chicken, steak, even chips or sour cream). I only go here for the Pepsi and every once in awhile I will try to get a chalupa. The last 6 times I was told I couldn't get a chalupa. One night I was told they didn't have any drinks. This is by far the worst taco bell I have ever seen.

Okay, when giving thoughts on fast food places variables need to be considered. The new naked chicken taco is good. It would be better if it were hot. Just purchased and here is the size. Thinking maybe taste over side here, yes to a point. Taste good but wasn't even warm. You do get another taco and burrito with drink for 6.48. Good price...
