I've been here before but I think it has changed hands. Its still a clean restaurant. I ordered: Aloo Samosa (3), Shrimp Masala and Garlic Naan. The Aloo Samosa were very good and enough that I wasnt able to eat much of my entree. I ordered medium Shrimp Masala but it could have been just a pinch spicier, otherwise it was good. Great protion size, leftovers lasted for two meals. I gave three stars because although the food was made to order it still wasnt hot when I received it and I didnt like that kitchen staff was out in the restaurant without masks. Thank you for the feedback and I appreciate the explanation and adjustment you plan to make. I mentioned it because your customers don't know your vaccination status upon entering when some are wearing masks and others aren't.

I loved this place. We celebrated my daughter's first birthday here. The venue is perfect. I want to start with thanking Alekhya and Ganesh, who were the severs. They spent time understanding our requirements of food, hall arrangements and considered everything we requested. Our guests loved the food. All food items were delicious. Thanks to Tulsi the owner, pepper house team and Alekhya n Ganesh.

One of best Biryani I have had in the US. Both Mutton Biryani and Special Chicken Biryani were delicious and a must try. Non veg platter, Baby corn masala and Chicken 65 were pretty good too. Lamb chop was burnt and very dry though. Overall we really enjoyed the dinner and service. We can't wait to come back and try more. IG: journey_man16

We ordered a tray of chicken biryani today. We said we will arrive by 3 and went by 3.15 due to rain. My wife went to collect the package and staff was extremely rude to her for going in 15mins late to collect. The order given to us was also wrong when I clearly said I only need tray but extra food was packed and she was charged extra 20$. When she requested why extra food is packed again she got rude response from receptionist saying that’s what is order. Finally I had to interfere and get the refund and over all customer service is awful even though chef is cooking delicious food . Instead of focusing on personal calls I think customers will be more happy if focused on creating correct orders and be respectful to others.

My parents and I ate here yesterday afternoon. If you have food allergies, make sure to ask the staff about what you are ordering. There was no allergen information on the menu. I ordered the Paneer Butter Masala dish, which I before at my university without any issues related to my allergies including a severe allergy to tree nuts. I am very diligent about looking at menus and the menu at Pepper’s House said nothing about the dish having cashews. If anything they should include a few words or even a brief sentence saying that the dish includes cashews since a lot of people have severe allergies. I had to be administered my epipen yesterday and be taken by an ambulance to the hospital. I ended up in anaphylactic shock and had to stay overnight at the hospital. Thankfully I was able to realize that I was having an allergic reaction and act fast, as this could have ended in a worse manner. TLDR; if you or your loved ones have food allergies, be persistent about asking about if any allergens are included in what you are ordering. It may save your/their life.

I really try not to leave bad reviews - so i am going half positive with three stars but beware the food was extremely spicy- to spicy to eat - may have had flavor but i couldn't taste it through the heat of the spice (and I selected medium as my spice level - the extra spicy must come with a side of fireman) the samosas were extremely spicy and overly greasy so they were uneaten as well - also i wasn't sure if you received rice with each entree -it wasn't mentioned on the online menu -so i tried to call to verify - got the answering machine - so i order two to be safe (which was an extra $7.90) and we received three containers ? hummm not sure how that worked out we only had two entrees - we love this cuisine and wanted to give this place a try - but unfortunately we will not be returning
