Ruby Tuesday

We dined in today since we were in the area. Bad decision. I ordered cheese sticks and 2 of them were not cooked 100%. Picture attached. We were feeding them to our 3 yr old btw. The server was really nice. The general manager came over and wanted to replace the 2, but I wanted it taken off the bill. I should have never been presented with that. Then my hubby’s food was overcooked. Just a bad experience overall. We will not be back.

For them not being open very long as we went in for lunch. the salad bar was not stocked. The lettuce was brown and wilted. The container of shredded carrots was full of water with a few shreds floating. Things not labeled to know what they were. The broccoli cheddar soup was so salty it was unedible. The burger my husband got was rubbery and tasted weird. We definitely won't be back

I came in for dinner on April 7, 2022 around 3 or 4 pm. I ordered the Ribeye entree medium well with premium sides & the salad bar! The waiter returned with my dinner!! The Ribeye was very dry! I asked the waiter for steak sauce but that didn’t help the dry steak! I also ordered the 50th Birthday cake for dessert! To my surprise, the waiter returned with the cake in a bag to go & stated that the cake was frozen?! I didn’t know the cake was frozen!! Long story short, the best part of dinner was the salad bar! Late that night after the frozen cake thawed; it tasted thick & old!! Needless to say I was very disappointed with the entree & dessert
