Conveniently located in the Mt Juliet Providence center, easily accessible and could spot in the moving traffic.
When we walked in for a dinner Friday night, there was less footprint. We ordered food from the kiosk - it was easy and smooth. The food came out quick and everything was right on the order.
Food quality was good, could have been better, though the place was less crowded there were unclean tables.
Would recommend dine in or takeout, hoping that they improve things as noted above.

I used to love this place, their tomato soup is the best. However as time has gone on, they have really gone down hill. I have had three different occasions when I have ordered take out and got home to find the order is wrong, either the wrong type of bread or something missing that I have paid for. I'm so utterly disappointed in the staff and their lack of care that I have stopped going here now. I totally would not recommend this place.

I ordered bagels for my kids. I prefer this panera over the other locations in the area!

Staff was friendly, Angela, the cashier, was very helpful and let me get soup at 10 am (I'm weird I know). Sandwich was delicious and bread was soft. This one was a lot better than a lot of other Panera breads I have been to.

Devastated. Pretty much describes how I felt to find out Panera took the Potato Soup off the menu a couple of months ago…. Since their delicious Baked Potato soup in a bread bowl is what I ordered 90% off the time I ate here (the other 10% being a bagel at bfast! :)), I won’t be back anytime soon for lunch or dinner! Might grab a bagel at some point…unless they take those off the menu also! So Panera, if you’re listening, BIG MISTAKE (taking my soup). HUGE!

I support our local shops..
I know covid has really done a number on business and places are short staffed.
The dining area and bathrooms I've noticed have been really dirty. The table we sat at had garbage all around it and through the area. It had me wondering how the kitchen area looked and I just lost my appitite. I hope things get better 🙏

Was told "We don't carry Ketchup."
Coffees were out, dining room was messy, food was cold. Id probably try and avoid this specific store, although I love Panera as a whole.

I usually do not review chains but I have been to dozens of panera breads all over the country and have never had cream of chicken and wild rice soup that was so watered down. It is literally broth texture. I honestly thought I was given the wrong soup. I don't know what they are doing at this location but it is different from all of the rest of the locations in the worst way.
