Upper Deck

Called at 3:00pm to place a carry out order for 6:30pm!! Showed up at 6:20 and paid and started to wait. Long story short I didn’t get my food until 7:00 and they forgot the ranch that was supposed to go with my 5 lbs of old bay wings. Atleast 40 other people got their orders while I was standing there waiting. Not to mention the wings were so rubbery I could’ve played basketball with them. Other restaurants in/around town are much more deserving of your business.

This place is special. It's THE place locals hang out. Wings are great, onion rings are crispy and the bartender feels like a long lost friend. I've been here quite a few times but tonight's visit was memorable. For the first time we experienced an issue with our meal... But what counts is the service recovery. Our ticket was lost in the kitchen and it took near 45 minutes to get our food. The owner came over to personally apologize, took 50% off of bill and gave us a free round of drinks. Oh and 10% off our next visit. Couldn't have asked for more.

Tried here for the first time, what lured me was the menu and how many wing flavors they have. It was super busy and clustered, which is odd in these covid times. It was so loud I practically had to bump shoulders to speak to anyone. I know it’s a sports bar but louder than any I’ve been to. The service was very slow, like even slower than I’d expect during busy time. The drinks were good but they took forever to arrive too. Didn’t see our server too often, and when another employee walked around checking tables, she couldn’t answer a question for us. After that I’d see her head to our table to check on us then literally turn heels and seemingly avoid us. When we were ready to leave, which wasn’t long, it was literally 10 minutes before our server returned with card and receipt. Overall, it seemed like a happy local spot, where people come to cheer at games and talk amongst each other. We were quiet newcomers and it seemed like it was less appealing to deal with us than the other happily expressive patrons.
