Mcdonald's

Early/late drivers, beware. Don't count on their reported hours. They do NOT open before 5. How did the business confirm their hours (4:30-) four weeks ago, yet we've never seen them open that early? Look. We live minutes away and sometimes we need coffee at 4:30. McDonald's has never been open in time. We have to go to Hardee's. At least someone opens as early as they say, because why lie about something like that?

Slow and long lines. Employees talking to each other instead of the customer. The employee taking payment says "$9.08.... Yeah girl I put that on my momma. Yeah my momma!". Just hands my card back still taking jibberish to the other employee. Pull up to get food and was handed a bag and no drink. As I waited she says " I'll get your drink in a minute.". Finally get the drink I tell her "Thank you." and she says "Uh huh.' I don't recommend this location at all. Matter of fact one of the worst I've ever been too.

Only gave one star because you have to in order to leave a review. Most of the time the wait is far too long to be worth sitting in line for. Last night I ordered two big Mac meals and both sandwiches had so much sauce on them it was falling out in my lap and on my shirt. Can't enjoy your food when you have to keep cleaning it off of you. Would have taken pictures but had the stuff all over my hands. Had to pull off the road to clean up. Last two times I have been there the little girl in the window has silently shoved my bag at me holding it with her fingertips . Had avoided this place for some time and I guess I will have to again.

This was a horrible experience at McDonalds in Moss Point, MS. No enthusiasm, no smiles and no professional customer service at all. 1. Order was wrong 2. The manager did not want to rectify the situation by replacing. Instead said it was half eaten. My 2 yr. Old granddaughter bit off 1 nugget and spit it on the floor because they were so hard. 3. She refunded 4.06 instead of fixing the situation for a 2yr. Old that doesn't eat nuggets anyway. So disappointed. I wouldn't take my dog there.
