I can’t wait for the option to give zero stars, this establishment deserves nothing more. There were 3 people working, but only 1 was preparing sandwiches. The other 2 virtually hid in back while I waited for the lone server to make multiple sandwiches for a family. I was completely baffled by the lack of acknowledgment and having to wait needlessly. Don’t worry, I won’t make the same mistake twice by coming back. Wish I had read the reviews first. They aren’t lying.

Worse subway I’ve been too. I wasn’t greeting coming in and she stood there talking to her coworkers while We waited on here to finish her conversation!! The girl was nonchalant and they do not have anything in there , they out of everything!!!!!!! While making my sandwich she kelp going to the back to refill what I was asking for . Plus I ordered two drinks and she rung up one drink , clearly she can’t take orders properly. WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!

Poor customer service! The person making the sandwiches mask was hanging under her chin when she had a runny nose (large medium tall black young woman, 27-35 years old). The mask should’ve been covering her mouth and nose. I watched her very closely to make sure she didn’t use her hands to wipe her face. It would have made sense if she had stopped and blown her nose. SMH. She was rude when she got to me. I requested a different loaf because the Italian herb and cheese loaf look under cooked (doughy looking) with a big hunk of unmelted cheese on the side. She commented, “you wanted cheese....” If I’m spending my money (I am the customer) I can make a request if something isn’t right. I didn’t respond to her sarcasm. I just wanted to get out of there, especially after waiting 15 minutes in line. I won’t ever go there again.

Service was slow. Although they had 3 people working on the line.. It took 30 minutes to order 2 footlongs. It seemed like the employees didn’t know what ingredients were witch. Asked for oven roasted chicken said they were out, it was in the bar. Asked for Mozzarella cheese they gave me gouda or whatever that white round cuz is. The bathrooms were leaking water on the floor.
