As soon as I pulled up to the speaker to order the lady said "Order when you're ready" hatefully. I ordered a very simple combo before I could even finish saying what meal number I wanted she cut me off rudely saying "What to drink?" Like why the rush? 1) There were no cars ahead of or behind me. And 2) I am not one of those people who take forever to order. Well get to the window, get my order and leave. Turns out my order was wrong, of course. Chicken was obviously old and dried out. Biscuit was hard. With that being said...why even call to say my order was wrong or go back? This location used to be fantastic. The past few months the quality of the food has sucked and seems to get worse every single visit. I'm sure they have had staffing changes. The newer employees attitudes leave a lot to be desired. Don't make your customers feel like they are bothering you simply because they pulled up to order. Or if you hate your job that bad...just go find a new one. I definitely won't be go back to that particular location for awhile. I really don't see how they can stay open between the employee's attitudes and the food quality.

The food was cold and nasty. Waited at the drive thru for 20+ minutes. Never was asked how I wanted my chicken and they gave me original which would have been fine but it seemed old. The food was very bland. The Mac n cheese was over cooked and mushy. The mashed potatoes didn't have any taste. I literally gagged trying to eat the chicken.

Went for lunch, got my order which was wrong had too wait at the drive-thru because he was having a conversation with someone which was not food related but personal and was disappointed because my order was wrong and was unable too eat it, I believe I the person taking my order paid more attention to what I was ordering and not his personal business my take order would have been right

Be better if you constantly didn't have to wait for chicken. I get having to for certain kinds. But regular chicken...come on its suppose to be fast food and main food item is chicken. This isn't a once in awhile issue.. This is every time you go. You will be told 15min wait. But it will be 20-30min wait.
