Subway

I made an order with a person on their phone and they had to hand off their phone to another emp. When they started to make my food it was totally wrong and when I complained I was asked to leave. I asked for a number to call and the team leads name and was told that neither were available. I asked about how to contact the manager or owner... was told to leave.

regular subway eater this is the worst I’ve been at . Their sandwich was disgustingly cold, even though I got mine toasted. There’s no hospitality whatsoever. No proper customer service. All the employees were frowning. They took little to no effort to make my sandwiches reach a proper standard. I don’t recommend anyone to come here. Find another location!

Came in 2/8/21 around 7:20 pm. Guy kept asking what I wanted while I was trying to look at the menu and I felt rushed. I got the wraps. They both had the chicken. He used the bottom of the barrel little scrap pieces instead of getting a new thing of chicken. I asked for it to be heated. I think he forgot to hit start on the microwave. It came out the same. And it was cold in my hands. I asked for mayo and he said he was out. I’m pretty sure he just didn’t want to refill it just like the chicken. He didn’t seem to know how to wrap them either. If you see this, guy, I’m sorry... but you need to be retrained.

The kid that was working at 3:20 April 18, 2021... Was VERY rude to me and my daughters....even tried to make small talk about today,...ignored.....he didn't even put what we wanted,on the sandwiches. When we told him, he's said sorry didn't hear you, and kept rapping our sandwiches.....my12 year old daughter asked for oil and vinegar packets, and he through them on/across counter, and 2 packets went in floor, he said aidios... This was horrible.....then a guy went in after us, average hight, bald....he treated him the same way....I described him so you could watch the cameras, so no one else gets treated like this.....very disappointing

The young girl with black hair threw her hands up and rolled her eyes when we pulled in, shouldn't be in any sort of customer service position with her attitude. Staff at the gas station are always nice and friendly. Subway employees at this location are never nice and act like you are bothering them.

Great staff and good fresh (processed) food. Pros: Prep area was clean and orderly Veggies looked fresh and unwilted Tea was on point and fresh Friendly staff Same'ol Subway pricing Cons: Sometimes theres a wait due to factory workers hitting the place up for lunch. (Great choice guys/gals) Parking is horrible as its connected to a busy gas station.
