I came here with my family intending to give five stars. The facility was clean, great atmosphere. I dropped it to 4 because there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the onion chunks in our salad were not cut up (a couple 1-2 inch wedges). Otherwise I’d recommend here as the food service/ speed was good.

Panera's food is excellent and fresh. Due to the shortage of staff that has affected many service industries they have had some issues with wait times but those working you can tell are working hard to meet the customer orders.

Doordash brought us the wrong stuff, but staff at this Panera made the situation right for us. We drove there and they were short staffed/had very new staff but they corrected our order. To the corporate personnel reading this: the reason you are short staffed is lack of livable wage and training. It isn’t because people aren’t working hard in there. We saw that hard work today.The probable reason for why this location is struggling (as evidenced in reviews) is because of all the new people. (employee retention is dependent on a livable wage).. it took a little while to get our dinner, but this problem is bigger than that

This Panera in Morganton is awesome, I don’t care what anyone says. It’s very clean 🧼 and I even am going to add a picture to show so come eat here, you will love it. Plus service is top notch, point blank.

First time going here,I bought the Chipotle Avocado Chicken Melt... it was good,but could've done without the Chipotle spice of it & I know better next time.. But it was good flavor of the sandwich 😋

This particular Panera on West Fleming in Morganton, NC was severely short staffed but the woman & young man working left a great impression on me & my family. We passed thru about lunchtime on Monday, August 16th headed home to Chesapeake, VA by way of Raleigh, NC. Kudos to the District Manager & Restaurant Manager...you have 2 employees who were doing the work of 6 with professionalism AND without complaint or frustration. Mind you this location has drive thru, curbside, DoorDash AND dine in/kiosk. THANK YOU to these employees for showing up when others refused AND doing your job so well in spite of adversities. I just hope other customers acknowledge your commitment and are patient. I hope your owner, D.M., manager read this. Thank you & Be blessed! The Luster Fam

Our first time at the new Panera Bread was more than satisfying. Prompt service, excellent customer service, and hot and delicious food. The steak and cheddar sandwich combo with mac'n cheese was enjoyed by my company whilst the turkey, apple and cheddar sandwich was combined with a hearty french onion soup that filled me up and kept me warm.
I was not disappointed in the experience at all and this was during the lunch rush! Please come and enjoy yourself at this new establishment in Morganton!
