Stopped by for dinner with the wife. The service and food was great! Even though the place was packed we still received our food in a timely manner

People told me this is the place to go for pizza. Boy was that an understatement! Best pizza in town, hands down!

This is one of the best pizza places I have ever gone to. We have been going here for years and not once have the staff ever messed up an order. Orders take a little while but they are so worth the wait. 10/10 establishment. Staff is kind and patient and they never miss a beat.

There is usually a bit of a wait, but our pizzas have always been delicious here. I have to eat Gluten-Free, and it can be hard to find a GF crust that doesn't taste like cardboard. Their gluten-free crust is pretty good. I've only ever been able to get it with a red sauce though. I think the only thing that would make this pizza better would be to have some sort of gluten-free creamy white sauce. Please add a sauce like that, Hideaway!
ETA: Each time we've visited, we've been told that only the standard red sauce is GF & that nothing else was safe. According to the reply from Hideaway, though, it appears that there is a GF Alfredo available! I'm pretty excited to try that out!

The food was good, but service was extremely slow. Waited 20 minutes for table with more empty tables in restaurant than full (I have never had to wait in bar area when empty). Just really felt mismanaged.

Food was great but placed an order for pick up and took over an hour for order to be ready.

We ate inside around 12:30 pm on a Friday. It took 30 minutes for our large pizza to be delivered to our table..but it was worth the wait. Crust was perfectly crisp on our hand tossed pizza and the ingredients were fresh tasting. Definitely recommend.
