Java Jones

Great little coffee shop! Just passing through...my wife saw some good reviews, so we figured we'd have some breakfast and coffee. I had the bacon and swiss breakfast sandwich, with a peppermint almond mocha. It was amazing! Darcy made our coffee and food, and was diligently working hard the whole hour-plus we were there...she was super nice and friendly. The shop is decorated beautifully with coffee paraphernalia; someone put a lot of thought and care into this place! A few different groups of locals came and went, chatting away about various things,and giving is a great feel for small town Iowa. My wife and I agreed that if we lived here, this would be a regular hangout for us! Thank you for the experience!

I spent $28 for a small breakfast item, bagel and Java drink, when the door dash person brought my stuff my coffee drink spilled on the ride and she explained that she asked the woman who gave her my order for a drink holder and she was told NO, flat out NO. Apparently you can’t get a 3 cent drink holder unless you have 2 drinks or more?!?!? So is that Java jones policy or the creepy woman working that morning? All I know is the door dash person tried to make sure my drink wouldn’t spill on its way to me but the witch working the register today made sure that didn’t happen. I will never get anything from this over priced Java jones joke of a business ever again just because they obviously don’t care about the customer

Visiting from Minneapolis so might be spoiled with quality espresso and coffee. This place plays favor to anyone getting ahead of the line. Finally got to order my coffee and one tea. They were out of Guatemalan so got the breakfast blend. It was like drinking water with a tinge of coffee. Your better off going to the BP station 2 blocks north.
