This has become one of my go-to places. It is right in the heart of tourist activity but has a lot of space outside to spread out and enjoy the vibe. Oceans views, a fountain, tables, and some shade. It's also a nice place to stop while out walking or riding on on recreational trail.

Come for the coffee, stay for the views. Portions are outstanding for such a prime location and the price you pay. I'd recommend their breakfast burrito and their cinnamon roll. Coffe is pretty good. I just wish the cappuccinos were a little smaller and less milky!

Great coffee shop. Fantastic location for an early morning brew and sunrise. Friendly staff, nice facilities as well.

Excellent coffee and matcha! Highly recommend their breakfast burrito too. There is an incredible outdoor patio area overlooking Monterey Bay. Great spot to bring our puppy to and enjoy the scenery during breakfast.

The location of Tidal coffee is superb. Its a great way to begin your morning; grab a coffee and walk out for some beautiful morning views of the water. Got a cold brew and latte macchiato and they were both amazing. Absolutely loved everything about this coffee shop. Can't wait to go back!

Absolutely love this place, it’s my go-to coffee spot in Monterey. Everyone there is so nice and hard-working. The coffee is so consistently good. The pastries there are always delicious (better than some of the bakeries in town). The view is unbeatable at any time of day, especially at sunrise. I went to do work here 3-4 times a week for a year and it never fails to give me a nice space to step away from my house or school and get work done.

Great location, by the water with a nice view. The breakfast is good, though super pricey even for its prime location. Coffee is average. Store was not busy, service was impudent. 5 star for location and opening early (6 AM); 4 star for coffee quality and value-for-money. 3 star for service.
