Subway

Horrendous. That is the only way to describe my experience. 1st.) It sounded like the lady was getting mad at me for no reason. It's somehow my fault for not being able to understand her accent with alot of people around. 2nd.) The food was just awful. Worst tasting Subway I've had. The sandwich was ice cold. Even after toasted it was ice cold. Cheese was barely melted and the bread was barely crisp if that.

Went there today to grab two turkey subs. The woman making the subs had some of her long hair on her glove and it was dragging on the food. She noticed and I noticed it. I wanted to see if she was going to be honest and remake the sub... nope she picked it out, changed her gloves and kept going. Didn't remake the sub. Needless to say I won't be going back there.

Go there, gentlemen was on his phone. I ordered a chicken and bacon ranch sub. He had no idea what I was talking about. I ha to show him on the sign where it was. Then the oven was broken. Then he didn't add bacon. It's called chicken and bacon ranch. Then he told me bacon is not prepared. Then rings me up. Cant print out a receipt. It's broken! Very unhappy! Will not go their again.

This place has the worst workers ever, they are not personable and they just expect you to know exactly what you want when you're up there. If you don't or hesitate on any decision they make remarks and gestures. I'm emailing subway right away and telling them that they should shut this store down because I've been working at the mall for the past six months and all I got from the subway workers is nothing but attitude and badly made sandwiches.

I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting today for someone to come out from the back to take my order, no one came. Why are you even open when there are no workers out front? I saw two other people after me wanting to also place an order and still no one came out. Anyone who wants to eat fresh in the mall just go over to the other side at Lettuce Eat Fresh. The was three workers there with smiles on, eagerly waiting to take my order and I had my lunch in two minutes. And it is much better than Subway. This store is a joke and apparently doesn't want anyone's business so they hide in the back!
