Baskin-robbins

Too much of a hit or miss. 2/5 times they'll get it right and I'm just tired of playing those poor odds. Tonight I placed the same order I've placed literally 5 other times and she didn't know the item I asked for, then acted like she did, then made it and didn't put any caramel, peanut butter or hot fudge and then charged me before giving me 2 scoops of ice cream and some toppings in a cup for $12. I asked for a refund and she didn't know how to do refunds so now I have to go back in the morning and try getting a refund. Waste of time, money and gas. Just had to be honest and say "we can't make those at this time as we don't have any ingredients except ice cream and crushed toppings tonight" and I would have just been on my way. It's literally that easy...

Why do they bother unlocking the doors if they don’t want to bother with the walk in customers. Just make eye contact and let me know you’ll be with me as quickly as you can. I shouldn’t have to get your attention by calling out to you. Waited as three separate employees grabbed donuts from the rack and ignored me. This seems to be the trend at many of the DD locations lately.

I have received 2 drinks with hair in them last week. Today I went to Baskin Robbins and ordered a bagel with cream cheese on the side and an order of hashbrowns. My hashbrowns were hard as a rock and charcoaled and most importantly the cream cheese I received was dated from over a month ago. I could of gotten severely sick. I went back to the store and was told there was no manager there to assist me with my problem. Dont go here it is so unprofessional and uncleanthy.
