Walked into a completely empty restaurant, only one person working. No greeting, and she was making 4 sandwiches. Didn’t serve the customer in front of her, just ignored me and kept making those 4 sandwiches. Left without a single word between us, they are too busy to serve you or even acknowledge your presence…

Unreal how I was treated in this location, stood in line for about 20 minutes watching employee make online order while I just stood there then when I asked why it was just her working then she said “it’s fine” and proceeded to laugh at me for even making a fuss. Really disappointed that I had this experience it was some of the most arrogant behavior I have ever witnessed in a subway location hopefully the owners of the store see this I already sent in a complaint to corporate and am awaiting a reply. If I could have remembered her name I could share it but she refused to tell me it and I didn’t write it down. Most embarrassing for the employee who seems to think that it’s alright to Ignore people waking in!

Unbelievable, I eat at Subway almost daily and I've never had this bad of an experience. First thing, I start telling the lady working there what I want in my wrap. While I'm letting her her know what ingredients I want, I fill up my water bottle with water and ice. Without looking at my bottle, I take a drink to be surprised with a horrible taste. I look in the water bottle and a couple chunks of black stuff in there. I dont know if it was mold or what. I'm not making this up! So gross, that taste stuck in my mouth too. Anyways, I'm willing to get passed that and move on. Shes building my wrap, and shes being super cheap with the vegetables. I asked her for extra cucumbers and she's saying there's already extra and didnt want to give me any more. Super annoying but whatever. Then after she makes it, I ask her to toast it. I get this wrap nearly every morning, at a variety of different locations, but I've never tried this particular location. She tells me that she doesn't know how to toast it. She knows how to use the toaster, but doesn't know how to toast the wrap. Okay, I can live with that, its kind of a weird order. I like it crispy like a burrito. So then I tell her she can just put it in and put it on pizza setting (I've experimented with this wrap and found that pizza setting works good at most location, although the toasters arent always consistent.) Then she says some stuff really fast that I don't catch because her English isn't great (I'm not judging or meaning that in a rude way, I just couldn't make out what she was saying.) She ends her statement by saying the same thing, she doesn't know how to. I explain it to her again and she says she hasn't been trained. I say that's okay, but its easy. You just use the toaster like you would normally. She keeps saying the same thing again and again and I'm getting nowhere. Then she tells me the wrap will explode or something. I assure her that I've ordered this many times, it won't explode. Anyways, she tells me she's not going to cook it for me and that she has another customer waiting. I tell her that I don't want it uncooked. Then she says that she won't charge me and I can leave. I've never been refused service at Subway before.. I didn't loose my cool, I wasn't rude to her, I just wanted a toasted wrap. Then I try to talk to her and she just completely ignores me and starts trying to talk to the lady after me. It was awkward for that customer too because both of us are like "what is going on here?" and the lady after me doesn't want to add to the awkwardness by encouraging the server to ignore me. Such a weird awkward encounter. So I just left and went to Tim's

The person behind the counter was the only one working there. The bread wasn't fresh. There were hardly any toppings available. No onions almost out of tomato and lettuce. The person serving had to keep going to the phone. I usually enjoy a subway sandwich but not this time. This franchise is very poorly operated and I won't be going back to this place.

I ordered 3 platters from this store, and when I arrived they had no clue what was going on. The manager started yelling at me, and said that I must have made the mistake. Once I showed her my confirmation email, then she blamed it on the computer and didn’t apologize and said she would make 2 platters.
Very unprofessional service. When I spoke with the owner, it was the same thing.
Thanks Subway.

One of the friendliest subway staff I’ve ever encountered, I only had a $10 gift card and couldn’t afford a drink (which wasn’t a big deal) but the lady at cash gave me a discount so I could! It was only $0.50 but she definitely didn’t have to do that! Went out of her way just so I could have a soda with my meal. Very nice ladies!

I was just severed at Subway. She made the sandwich then handed it to him. Meanwhile he has been handling a pocket full of cash giving the customers before me, change. Then be handles my food. And my napkin. I watched him and asked him not too, he laughed it off.
Off to McDonald's I go, no more spinach at Subway anymore anyway. I remember when Subway was good..... Not Anymore.
