Update: I just received a call from the Director of Operations over this store. Devin Ledford, he was extremely kind and attentive to my concerns. Immediately offered to send out a fresh order. Went above and beyond listening to my issues and promised to address them with the store tonight. I very much appreciate the level of customer service I received from Mr. Ledford and I trust that he will work with the stores employees to understand the importance of delivering within the designated delivery time and I will give this Papa Johns another try!
Get it… staffing is hard. Finding drivers is hard. But quoting 25-35 minutes when ordered and now your Papa Tracker says it left the store over 33 minutes ago and we are now sitting at 1:02 since order was placed is unacceptable. Called and spoke to manager who could have cared less. Told him I wanted to cancel and didn’t even respond just kept saying it was enroute. Trying to explain how QSR pizza works. Well that may work on some but your speaking to someone who worked for corporate PJs for 13 years and man in the house owned the 4 locations surrounding Athens from 1999 until 2013 so we know Papa Johns. Don’t believe me look it up. Gave up and hung up. Pizza gets here and cold to the touch and garlic knots doughy and undercooked. Ended up throwing away.

The staff at Papa John’s were so nice and went the extra mile to resolve an order issue! I have always enjoyed their Buffalo Chicken pizza, cheese bread sticks and pepperoni with mushrooms!

Pizza was hot and perfect to order. Stuffed crust was better than pizza hut in my opinion. Only complaint was the drivers clearly don't read delivery instructions. I have big dogs and requested they leave it at the door so I don't have to fight to get to my food lol other than that, it was great!

Left my pizza at the wrong house, got it the next day. . ..Took three and a half hours to deliver a pizza once. We've paid for extra sauces and not received them on a few occasions. Missing extra toppings or just a General lack of toppings. Every single time I ask for a baked well pizza, it never is. Why give us the option?

Stuffed crust? WHAT A JOKE! This store took 2 WHOLE HOURS to bring me my pizza. When I called 30 minutes after ordering they never even started! It got here lukewarm and cut horribly. You can see the cheese is not hot at all. When people trust you with their food, you should do your best to prepare it and get it to them on time.

The wait time said 120-130 minutes STILL after placing my order online 1 hour and 15 minutes prior. I had to end up canceling my order. I understand it was a Friday night... But, being a former manager of a fast food pizza establishment (Pizza Hut) we were always prepared and staffed for a Friday night leading into the weekend. The GM at this store needs to hire more staff for busy nights like these. I feel sorry for the employees that actually work at this location. Get it together..

The delivery time was outstanding 👏 but I payed over 35 dollars for two pizzas and there is very little typing on them come on guys please do better 🙏

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I ordered pizza at 6:39 pm and at 8:31 pm a young lady called me from the store stating she could not find my house. I told her to remake the food and then I decided to call back to speak to the manager and cancel the order. No one picked up! Worst papa johns experience ever! I had to run out and get something else.
