I hate to say this because I love Subway. They need to look into hiring someone else. The young man working there is a little slow. He is more interested in looking at other customers in the store than paying attention to making your food. I had to repeat myself numerous times. On this occasion he was talking to a worker in the gas station part of the store. He took his time talking while I was trying to be patient because I needed to get somewhere else. I had a coupon( God forbid) and he argued with me over what the coupon said. He also got huffy when I asked him for extra mayo. on one of my sandwiches. Forget trying to call them. Nobody picks up the phone no matter how long you let it ring or how many times you call. I have been craving a sub but honestly I don't feel like going through the whole ordeal again. Arbys makes good sandwiches too and they don't hassle you about their coupons.

Always a dirty, grimy feel. I've gotten subs a couple times and stopped because it kinda grosses me out knowing the employees stand outside smoking out front fussing and complaining with one another when they don't have customers. Such bad customer service on top of that. Quite a shame because it is a good spot for it the subway to be located.

Ordered through the app, walked right in and picked it up. So easy!
They actually got it right this time! Last time I ordered a salad, and discovered when we got home that it had no lettuce. A salad with no lettuce? I'll make my salads at home from now on, but my children like their subs for a quick meal occasionally.

Zac mills was absolutely disrespectful I waited almost 20 mins to make a order because he wouldn't come out the back from washing dishes, did not want to be there was verbal about it and was terrible dressing our sandwiches unless spoken to by management I refuse to come back to this location

Today I received the worst customer service ever from subway and subway customer service. This subway was located in a gas station. First I got my foundation drink from the gas station and went straight to the subway counter. I stood at the counter looking for a while waiting on a worker. After a couple of minutes I looked behind the counter and the worker was in the back. I signal for the worker to come out because I wanted to order. Needless to say the worker never came out after 5+ minutes of me standing there. I never got the chance to place a order because the worker never came from the back room. I left and looked up the location and called customer service. The customer service rep acted as if he didn’t care. I told him I would like a follow up call. The rep said no problem just give the regional manager time to investigate before he/she calls me I said sure and the rep ends the call. He never asked or give me the chance to provide my number. Nobody can follow up if they don’t have the customers information. Bad customer service across the board. Subway staff needs more training in customer service.

This is our favorite subway. They got everything right while training a newbie at the register. BTW you can buy just the bread there. We try to take home a few home for DIY sandwiches for work lunches.

The young man who works on Mondays gets mad when you ask for your order. I pay for my food! He's not giving it to me for free. zero stars
