Subway

I ordered on my Subway app and when I went to pick up sandwich the order on receipt was not what I ordered. When I inquired about the error, the 2 girls behind counter clearly told me they go by what receipt says and that they don't control rhe app. Wouldn't it have been better to offer to remake the sandwich than to get a bad google review. Especially since they were not busy, only 1 other customer in the store at the time.

I was very disappointed with my experience the staff were giggling and making remarks when I was ordering my food they were making remarks regarding how much food I was ordering and how many toppings we were placing on our sandwiches also which is also one of the staff members began placing the chairs on top of the table when it was not even close to being closing time as if they did not want us to dine in the restaurant.

Ordered thru door dash. 1st sandwich, which was a steak sandwich had less than an oz of steak. It was supposed to be toasted and tasted more like it was microwaved. Second sandwich, an Italian BMT, was just as bad. Not toasted and the bread tasted as if it was old. Missing a bag of harvest chips. So all in all a waste of $40. I understand everybody is short staffed, but ensuring that it is quality despite the wait is what is important.

This Subway location has a hard time of keeping employess. I go to this location about 1-2 times a month. Seems like there is always a new employee, which is not what I am upset about. I understand that people need jobs. What got me was the lack of help from the "experienced" employee. This poor kid had 6-8 sandwiches to make and clearly did not have the recipes down yet. The "experienced" employee waited until the newbie was almost done to ask if he needed help. Rude! Seems like she was just letting him do all the work.
