I can’t give a ZERO. Horrible experience for a take out order 3/27/22 @1729 hrs, order # 248715. Rolls were raw and did not rise. The worst restaurant experience I had ever had - in the container with the rice pilaf was a balled up, singed looking plastic foreign body. It was partially covered by the pilaf - this was huge - no way this was not visible to whom ever prepared this! The container also had red and green flecks of something in the bottom - not clean. We were sold garbage. Of course with punched up plastic - Saran, glove , eat in customer discard - my husband could not eat any of the meal. The manager on duty requested the pictures and offered a refund of the purchase price of $25, like that would make us whole! Emotionally traumatizing, major disappointment. Monroe O’ Charley’s have been slipping and sliding downwards for over a year but today they hit an all time unrecoverable low.

Vanessa was amazing! Our order was spot on (and I'm one of those "can I get _ instead of _" people). She was pleasant and friendly. Smiling and cheery. She kept our drinks full and made sure our order was served in a timely manner. Our meals were brought to us done to perfection. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was relaxing. The entire staff were all professional yet personable. Overall, a great experience. Will definitely visit again when in the area.

We had a wonderful experience the other night here. With 2 kids it's hard to go anywhere nowadays. Our server Kasha was Amazing! She made sure our drinks stayed full, our food came out hot and on time, and just was on point! She was so sweet and just had the best southern hospitality! We really enjoyed our visit, and we'll be sure to be back soon requesting her as our waitress!

Food was very good. Had the $14.99 special of grilled chicken and cod. We hadn't been in a while and we knew they used to have free pie on Wed and asked but they no longer do that. After paying and getting ready to leave I saw a cardboard standup that said they offer cobbler for $1.99 on Wed. Our waitress was training another one and they were good but it would have been nice if she would have picked up on our question about the pie and suggested the cobbler. All 3 of us probably would have ordered it. They might not make much on that offer, but they would have gained points from us for future visits.

Loved my experience today at O’Charley’s in Monroe NC. The restaurant was very nice and clean as it always is. Brandi, our server was so sweet and made sure we were very well taken care of. John, the bar manager came and introduced himself to us and made sure we were satisfied with our meal and our service as well. The staff here take pride in their jobs. Will be coming back as often as I can!
