Mcdonald's

The staff was very friendly, but this is definitely the dirtiest mcdonalds I've ever seen. You can smell it as you walk in. It doesn't smell appetizing at all. The windows are dirty, the tables are dirty, the soda fountains are dirty...makes you wonder about the kitchen. The play area is fun for kids, but again, very dirty. We won't be coming back to this one.

I would give this place no stars if I could I have seen some dirty restaurants over the years but this place tops them all for being dirty not to mention it was absolutely freezing inside the place however I'll give the employees credit for being polite but come on keep the place clean its a restaurant for crying out loud.

I enjoyed that the service was fast and convenient however the restaurant was very dirty and the restrooms were disgusting. The tables had dirt caked on and the chairs were all stained but the worst part was the disgusting racist engraving in the men’s restroom. It made me nauseous that they never took the time to try and remove it as it seemed to have been there a long time. Although the staff were friendly and service was great I will never forgive the fact they did not seem to bother about the vulgar engraving above the urinals

My family and I went to this McDonald's today for breakfast on our way to cedar point. First thing I noticed was how understaffed they were. I didnt let that bother me. Once we started ordering our food they got BOTH of our orders wrong. They were VERY simple orders too. I work in fast food myself at Wendy's so I am not impressed. My coffee made very incorrect had 0 sugar or anything. Also the manager tried to argue with us about our food being wrong and what had happened with out order. Very displeased with the service.

This McDonalds has disappointed before.... filthy dining room and kitchen area, severely understaffed, received the wrong order. This time was the last straw. I was pulled up and waited 15 minutes, then i went inside, found out my food was given away to someone else, and then requesting a refund, the manager didn't even know my order! I work in restaurant management, and from the looks of it, the crew members are busting their butts, with a completely dysfunctional management staff.
