Ihop

We had breakfast here. They had longer wait times because they were under staffed (not their fault, it is very common nowadays). The few staff members that were there were working extremely hard to make things go smoothly. They were doing an amazing job and were very friendly! I have a lot of respect for these workers. As always, the food was incredible!

Went here for breakfast this morning. The place was understaffed I assume, due to most the tables still needing to be cleaned off. The waitress was quick to take our drink and food orders which was the best thing I can say. My glass of water appeared dirty, like it wasn’t cleaned. Same with my silverware, which I had to request a second set. The food was okay. Very sub par experience. Staff was friendly. I was say the state of this Ihop location can be summed up by the photo of their logo falling apart in their lobby I have attached.

There were only three people seated in the dining area and had at least twenty tables available. We as a family of four were told there would be a 15 minute wait to be seated we said that's fine and after they seated us we came to find out that there were only two employees working and it had been like this for the last couple of months! This is not due to employees this is due to poor management! If there is a district manager that has anything to do with the Monroe Michigan IHOP then there needs to be some changes to this locations management ASAP this is not how a business is ran this is how a business fails! Very disappointed with this location if I could have left negative stars it would have been a negative 3
