Subway

I had a horrible experience at this particular Subway restaurant. I had actually completed the customer feedback at the back of the receipt. However, there was no beneficial response. I had initially stated that several times the employees communicate in their own language around me and I felt like they were talking about me. Also, the food was not done properly that day and I wanted to scan my points but the employee wasn’t listening. He gave me a “duplicate”receipt and told me to fill it out at home which obviously didn’t work. Moreover, the manager contacted me and apologized, which was surprising and after negotiating offered a discount for the next purchase. I initially agreed, but couldn’t make it to the store and requested for a gift card worth the discount which was agreed by the manger. I gave him my address via email and he said he would mail it. After a week, I noticed I didn’t receive it so I contacted the manager who said that it might be late due to Canada Post’s strike. I was convinced and waited for about a month, and contacted via email for no reply. I have been a regular customer, and was not happy.

Excellent service and good food as well. As someone mentioned below they even make pizza, which some other subway stores don't. Also a really good low key place to get breakfast including coffee, cookies, and other breakfast menu options in minutes compared to Timmies next door which has a 1 hr line in morning rush hour.

Standard quality but service is fast, especially during a location where lunch hour is a very crowded. However, I was charged for a full foot long when I only ordered a 6 inch. I was never offered a receipt either. I would be careful during lunch hour as they sometime make mistakes when they are busy.
