Ordered for my family, and was greeted by hospitable staff. I was even blessed with extra crunchies!

Food was real greasy like it came straight out the grease and onto the plate.... didn't taste too good... Food is usually good at this location..
Update...... Received meal in place of my complaint and food was awesome!!!

Love the food but the service is horrible. I asked for tarter sauce for 14 pcs of fish and they didn't give me any. Drive back up there and they say I can only get 2. I even offered to pay for it and they told me they can't do that. Ridiculous!!

Saturday, my dad and me went to captain D's to grab a bite to eat around 1 or 2.
The lady at the drive through was extremely rude and aggressive. Her body language,face expressions and tone was all hateful and unkind. She even was catching an attitude about the confusion on orders to her fellow co workers.
It was very clear she didn't want to be there at ALL.
It seem like she absolutely hated her job.
Next time I will spend my money at another location or restaurant.
This location needs to take pointers from other restaurants.
Manager definitely ain't doing their jobs.
