Fazoli's

I had not been there for quite a while Because I am not down near that location very often, However I did stop in on Thursday on Thursday and had a bite to eat it was quick, it was hot, It was fresh, & it was delicious there was a little gal there named Kelsey C. and she was wonderful! She helped me clean up, she was just a joy! I have a bad shoulder and she could see I needed a little help & she helped!! The food was absolutely delicious I will be back

Fazoli's offers good Italian style fast food, via a drive up window. My wife LOVES any kind of pasta, but due to her special needs she isn't comfortable dining out anymore. If an appointment at the hospital nearby runs into mealtime, Fazoli's is her favorite stop! The food is Americanized Italian style. Spaghetti, lasagna, ravioli, etc. The portions are large, usually about 1000 calories per meal. The pasta seems to be a pretty standard Durham, and Fazoli's uses several different types (size/shape) appropriate for each dish. The sauces are stock red and whites, good but not exciting. The meats tend to be heavy, but not bad. Fazoli's is well located, quick, convenient, and they offer food my wife loves. What more do I need?

My son and I were in Milan to meet a long-time internet friend. Our trip through town brought us the joy of discovering this Fazoli’s, store 5947, a food chain we had loved when we lived in Missouri a decade or so ago. The food today was bit disappointing … delicious! I had the grilled chicken salad and he had his standby fettuccine Alfredo. We have no complaints. Billy and Jon who served us were friendly, attentive, and actually came to check on us in the dining area! THAT is great customer service. Keep it up, guys.
