Subway

Do not go to this Subway if you have a coupon because they will not accept it. I was told that they just changed because costs have gone up. No kidding why you think people look to use coupons. They said they are a franchise and don't have to participate. Great I wont participate in using your location ever again. I live a few blocks away and so now they have lost my business and everyone else I talk about this with and the future business of my kids. Very Bad business in my opinion.

I hate giving reviews like this because i use to be the employee. But i came into the restaurant approx. 12:00pm yesterday and ordered one sub. I was reasonably quick considering i worked for the company for 3+ years. Now i have been to this location one other time and a kid was in training and i had no problem with that. But this woman was so bothered by not only me but the guy in front of me. I had the option to choose between horrible customer service and jimmy johns. I have always enjoyed communicating with subway employees and this probably one of the worst experiences i have ever had.

Great taste, fresh ingredients, all subs are made on the spot with your choice of bread ab toppings. Excellent service, and a really nice place to eat at. If you are hungry and at a loss of what to eat, you feel like fastfood and eating out has taken a hit on your waste line. You don't need to worry when eating at Subway, you have healthy choices, delicious food and guilt free. Recommend this place %100

I’m normally very happy with this please and the owner is nice, however today we went in and spent $37 on subs and clearly got the day old bread!!!!!It was crunchy and falling apart I knew it when they were cutting it, I shouldn’t have said no. Just be careful you get the fresh bread, All of us clearly agreed this was day-old bread!! Shame on you subway! Now I have to go to the one by McDonald’s. Oh this was the one in mokena .

Went in with my husband, the older sandwich artist was fast but it took a toll on the sandwiches. The veggies were all at the top, the insides weren't spread out evenly and the bread was old. The other employees offered to help him but he declined, he was not friendly at all, I had to ask last minute for a drink he never asked if we wanted one.
