I give A 2 at the window they asked me to pull ahead and it will be 15 mins. They did give me my food in 15 mins. I live in Newman. I bought almost 80 dollars worth of food. When I got home my sides from one of the meals was wrong. I requested potato wedges. Got mashed. I ordered wings because they are what me and my husband wanted. This is what we got. Dried over cooked and I know they were cooked in dirty oil. They really looked like they had been fried more then once. Big disappointment especially because I have had no issues before with them besides on other visits they say 15 mins and I'm there for like 45 mins.

It sucks to have to give a review like this bci absolutely love KFC's did overall. BUUUT... This visit has left ALLOT to be desired at the thought of eating there again any time soon. To begin with, the young lady taking our drive thru order sounded like she seriously didn't like her job and after every thing we requested she would ask, "is that it?" and trying to rush us even though there was noone behind us in drive thru! So then we get to the window and still felt rushed but not as bad & they asked us to park in front as it would be 5 minutes. After waiting close to 15 minutes (not the 5 they said) a young lady finally brings the food out and almost tossed it in the window at us & turns back hurriedly towards the restaurant. Noticed right off that not everything was the that we ordered and we immediately were calling out after her to which she waved at us over her shoulder and went in. I don't know how they were able to do this but the chicken was hot, the French fries were cold as was the biscuit, there was no sauce for the tenders, no butter or honey for the biscuit and the other was shy 1 tender. Hopefully they were just having an off day...

Monday 5/02/2022: My family and I were completely ignored after we ordered inside the restaurant. We watched as drive through orders were made and handed to customers. After 30 minutes of being forgotten, we were offered something else besides what we ordered and our special needs son was beyond frustrated. After 45 minutes of waiting our family finally got what we ordered. The staff were very unprofessional and we will not be going back to this place.

They were already telling me to move forward and I wasn't done ordering. They guy asked what we ordered. There was only a truck that had already left in front of us and a car barely ordering behind us. We payed for our meal and another guy comes up and asks us again what we ordered and asks us to pay. We told him we already paid

This KFC Establishment I Will Not Be Going Back To. I Live 8 Miles From This Place I Went There This Morning At 11:00AM. I Had To Wait 10min Their Computers Were Not Up Working As Of Yet. I Placed My Order Using A Coupon For The 16pc Special I Was Asked If It Had The Sides With It I Said Yes. I Had To Do Some Errands On The Way Home And Realized That They Did Not Add My 2 Lrg Orders Of Cole Slaw & Mashed Potatoes With Gravy Was Not Given To Me With My Order I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER
