Pizza Hut

He have ordered at this location many times and today they delivered to the wrong apartment number. My husband waited and waited for the delivery and nothing came so he called the store and they told him that it was delivered and he explained that he hadn't received anything that the driver probably delivered to the wrong number The person on the phone insisted it was delivered and received and wouldn't belive him. He then mentioned that we have Ring and nothing had came through why would he even lie. The manager on the phone then said she would send it out again but when the driver got here he said we needed to pay. My husband then called again and spoke to the same manager Beatrice or Brittany (a B name can't remember) and she said she would then call the driver privately which she then called after 5 minutes. Driver said it was ok and gave us our order. We later get a knock on our door and it's the person Pizza Hut had delivered to at first bringing us our order that they received by mistake. Here's the picture of the neighbor on our Ring. We told him to just keep it that we had already contacted Pizza Hut and had received our order.

HORRIBLE customer service! Ordering at this Pizza Hut is definitely a gamble. They will, most likely, make you sorry you ordered from them. "The straw that broke the camel's back" 2 hour delivery time and the pizza was cold!!!! Staff AND the manager were COMPLETELY apathetic in regards to my feedback/complaint. All I heard was excuses and their argument that I should understand a two hour delivery time frame. "We have high delivery volume and few drivers." If business is booming hire more drivers geniuses!! You will be better served going to a different pizza place or another Pizza Hut. Or you could just wait it out. Business may not be booming in the future with their very poor service. They definitely lost my business. Oh and if you want more evidence this place sucks, check out all the google reviews by the store's employees. Scandalous. There is a reason they can't find many real customers to give them good ratings. They have to make them up so you still buy from there!

Listen, I'm not going to sit here and tell you that Pizza hut pizza is the best pizza you can get, but I will tell you this. During these Covid times, it's good to see businesses acting safely. On this particular evening, I ordered my pizza I let them know when I was there and they quickly brought it out to my car even offering to bring me cheese and peppers. Thank you Pizza hut

Was in modesto for a few days and decided I wanted to order some pizza. Well bad idea. The pizza that was delivered was warm, burnt and far from FRESH! Boneless chicken bites same thing. Oh and they were, oh so late on the delivery. And, I still gave a TIP!! Next time, I come here, I definitely won't be ordering anything from this ESTABLISHMENT. Keep your hard earned money, people..

Placed an order online the wait time was 20-30 minutes. I waited an hour before calling to see why my pizza wasn’t delivered the worker Beatrice informed me that her manager had called my personal cell phone and a man answered and cancelled my order. I confirmed they had the right number. No one called my phone and no one told them I wanted to cancel my order. The workers just cancelled my online order and gave me no notice so I was waiting for nothing. I’m very angry about this. This was for my employees.

Ordered 3 pizzas online. They called several times confirming the order and address. They were late delivery the pizza so we got a coupon for a free pizza. Which we probably won't use cause they messed up on one of our pizzas and our breadsticks were overcooked. We ordered the new cheese stuffed pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms, only got mushrooms on it.

I paid with my card online something went wrong with the transaction and I was treated like garbage. I told them the card number again same card, mind you, it went through and they acted like I was a criminal. When i tried to inform them of how they sounded (maybe it was an accident) I was hung up on. The customer service here is horrendous. I don't recommend it. Point of fact tou get better pizza same price more options with pizza guys, or papa John's. How sad.
