In 33 years of being alive and dinning at DOZENS of locations, I've never experienced such amazing customer service. It was Father's day, it was busy, and kitchen was a little behind BUT Tiffany managed to care for all of her guests smoothly. She checked in with everyone, provided kitchen updates and the biggest smile. I have never experienced so much excitement and spirit at an IHOP. Tiffany was so amazing and made breakfast with my nieces and nephew even more special. Thank you!

There check in for the table was great . You can see how long you have been waiting and who is I front of you. They said 10 min and it was 9 min. Food was good. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, but when we ordered the scramble that has hash browns under it, our server did not tell us that but rather said it’s on the menu.

It was pretty busy, but we got a table in about 10 minutes. The waiter was friendly. I ordered the country style steak, and my boyfriend ordered pancakes, scrambled eggs, and French toast. They poured a lot of sauce on top of white sauce on my steak. I advice that you order it on the side to avoid this. I didn't like the taste of the hashbrowns. Not much flavor at all. Milkshakes were good. Overall, the food was okay. Nothing special.

Very disappointing. I unwrapped my silverware and my knife was dirty, food stuck to it. Chicken fried steak was good as always, but our pancakes came 10 minutes later. Wife ordered the Protein Pancake Combo, pancakes were still raw inside. This is supposed to be a pancake house, better improve the overall quality.

Worst service in the world. We came in to bring forced to wait for the girl to get off phone with what I can assume is her boss. She was asking if she could close early because it was empty no one there. Then took our order and brought our food and never saw her again waited and waited for check finally got up and stood at register waiting to pay. She was around the corner eating at a table I saw her when I took one of my kids to the bathroom. Will never go back to this restaurant worst service of my life.

Blatantly allows fraudulent purchases to proceed. I live in Texas, and my IHOP account was used to make an online order here. After receiving the email confirmation and immediately clearing any credit cards I had on this account, I called the listed number and informed this location a fraudulent order had been placed. I was assured they would cancel the order, but lo and behold I'm still being charged $39.11. The online interface is a joke too, I can't even pull up an order history to prove it with my credit card company.
