Dunkin'

We stopped to get two frozen coffees and two sandwiches. Our coffees did not have whipped cream and they forgot a sandwich. We went around through the drive thru to let them know and when the girl gave my husband his sandwich, she rolled her eyes. I have no idea who owns this location, but they need to really evaluate who works here. The one girl working the intercom acts like she could care less and the other girl who have us our sandwich had an attitude. I get places are short staffed but have some common courtesy. If you don’t like your job or the public, don’t work with the public.

Sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 mins nobody spoke. Pulled up to window paper taped to window sorry closing at 5. At 4:40 not a soul in the building. So not only are you to sorry to work your to sorry to stay till 5 and to sorry to put the sign out at the speaker. Always had trouble from this location

I do wonder about some of these reviews. I frequent the Mocksville dunkin' donuts at least twice a week and do agree that sometimes the line is slow. But if you're going to give a one-star rating because they are closed, that just doesn't make sense. This review is for November 2020, the year that will go down in infamy the girls at this dunkin' donuts do an excellent job but occasionally there might be a newbie and things seem to get out of sync. Lastly, I wonder if these reviews are actually red as I never see any responses from the owner . Hello owner are you there?
