When I pulled up to the drive thru someone started talking through the spesker in a deep tone saying something about burgers and laughing. Then a bunch of people started laughing. Finally a female voice answers and I order a large Fry. They were mushy and ice cold... really cold. I asked for a fresh order and they pulled me up with no car behind me. No doubt to get me off their timer. Not a good first impression. And the fries had little to no salt. No receipt given. 12:00am

Initially I was the only person in the drive through. I placed my order and went to the side and paid for my order. The girl said it would be a couple minutes they were waiting on chicken to cook. I waited 20 minutes. Four other cars had come and gone behind me. I waited for V car to pull away. After 20 minutes waiting I walked in and asked about my order. Apparently the counter girl could not speak because she just gave me a look and pointed at two bags on the counter. I asked about the shake that I ordered and it look like I was asking for the world. So I just ask the manager for my money back.

I went to my this Krystal’s the last 4 days and they have “been out of biscuits” every single morning. I am writing this at 10:30 breakfast stops at 11am. No wonder everyone goes next door now to cookout. Terribly managed. . . . . UPDATE: Thought that I would try to see if Maybe the review did something. Went to get biscuits and gravy this morning and they HAD NO GRAVY this time. It was 9:00AM. What a joke. Don’t eat here.

I drove three miles out of my way on my lunch break to Krystal's on University just to be treated very rudely and disrespected by Mr DeWayne. I had to ask his co-worker three times what is his name before she told me. My girlfriend called there to discuss it with the female manager and she got a attitude with her and she Mr DeWayne in the background cursing saying, "they just want somebody to loose they dam job". I asked Mr DeWayne was he in a bad mood he immediately got loud with me at the window in front of customers saying he's tired of people in his ear. I then said don't worry about the food I'll go somewhere else. He then said ok what what ever bye and slammed the door loudly. If I was to do something like this at my job I would be terminated the same day. That female manager who refused to tell my girlfriend her name should be fired right along with DeWayne. I drove three miles out of my way on my lunch break just to be treated rudely and talked to like an inmate. Unacceptable.
