Subway

On the particular night that I visited the Subway in Crichton on Wilson Ave, there was a new lady that had apparently just started. She'd gotten a little confused with my order, but I didn't complain. It happens. Patience is a virtue! Not to mention, I was a Subway employee many years ago myself, so I know that first starting out can be a little taxing. What I was impressed with, however, was the way the other lady that was training her handled the whole situation. She didn't get upset or make a spectacle because the lady was confused with the order. She completed my order, rang me up, and did it all with a pleasant attitude and smile. I can appreciate an employee like that! Nice work ladies! 😉

Went in to get my friend a salad. Sweet lady made the salad but they were out of ranch dressing and Turkey. I said ok because she was so nice. Ordered a steak sandwich on flat bread..was out of flat bread,out of steak..order a another sub... and they were out of that bread. The employees were wonderful..but the fact they were out of everything sucked.

Subway has a great sale on 6" veggie and/or turkey subs. You can get either for $2.99! Great lunch option. The employee who worked the day I visited was SUPER friendly and very helpful. She also made a really good sandwich. I've bought one in Greenville, Atmore and in Huntsville since the one I purchased in Mobile/Prichard. The sandwich in Greenville was good, the employees were friendly. The dough was raw in Atmore, but again the employee was friendly. The service sucked at the one in Huntsville off University and near Rime Village apartments and it was a good thing the sandwich was only $2.99...kudos to the employee on Wilson Ave. 😊 The Subway in Huntsville appears to be a franchise and the level of common courtesy was severely lacking...
