The quality here has really really gone down. I used to love this place. I went today after making a call for pickup border the lady rushed me off the phone I didn't even get to finish my order and said thank you and hung up. Then when I get there she doesn't even put her phone down and I stand there and wait for her to finish playing on her phone she was very rude. When I got home nothing had been seasoned everything was completely bland and not even the vegetables had been cut up whole pieces of everything. I used to really enjoy it here but the quality has just fallen. I wouldn't recommend anymore.

I'm sitting in the parking lot right in this review the lady at the counter was that rude! I walk in, and instead of asking me how she could help me she said "we closed" I asked her to repeat herself and she said "what do you want we close at 8:30". I subsequently ordered my mail, checked the hours on the internet listing and see where they don't close until 9:00. The lady was very rude, even if you account for the cultural differences and difficulty understanding her broken English. There's seriously needs to be a change in either management and ownership or this place will eventually go out of business

The Asian lady at the front desk is rude AF. I about threw some hands on her. The food was absolutely disgusting!!!! The general so chicken was so hard and overcooked it tasted like it was recooked actually. And the fried rice I don't even know what that was to be honest with you and it also tasted old. Please save your money.

We ordered over $100 worth of food and they didn’t give us one item, gave us 3 wrong items and when we called to get it corrected, she lied and said they were closed, laughed and hung up the phone. Then when we called back, she wanted us to wait til Tuesday (this happened on Sunday), to get our order corrected. When we asked for a manager, she said no, they’d fix it. We will never visit this business again. When I have a child with no dinner, and they think it’s funny, she’s lucky some of us don’t drive!

The only thing that I order from here is the honey chicken which is very good. The only issue is the short Chinese lady at the front who is very RUDE and needs to learn what it means to have great customer service if you want to continue to have business from customers. I asked her what kind of rice that I could get with my meal and she yelled, “ idk what kind of rice you want!” and it took everything in me not to open that window and come across the counter on her mainly because she is a woman and I wanted to be a respectful customer.

We called to place an order for 2 lunch plates and an order of fried rice. We called back to confirm the order because the man seemed like he didn’t understand. The woman that answered the 2nd time confirmed exactly what we ordered. We came inside to pay an the fried rice was missing. Asked for the fried rice an she starts saying “you no pay” over an over with other customers in line. Rather than causing more of a scene we paid for 2 of our lunch plates an left. We will never eat there again . Customer service is horrible! If I could give zero stars I would
