The place needs to be updated, the carpet has to be 20 years old. There is no one cleaning the tables almost everyone of them were dirty ! I ordered 4 Krystal and medium drink, got 5 cheese crystals half put together my 5 year old could have done a better job. They had no taste I thought I was getting Covid-19 again. The people that work there are nice but the food has gone down hill. Don’t think I will be back to this location.

I'd give it -stars if possible. Picking up late night online orders. Sole employee working is completely overwhelmed with her job (understandable) but also as rude as she can possibly be.....stating "she can't make all that by herself" I've been waiting in the drive through line for over 45 minutes only to get to the window and have the employee loudly complain about the fact that the store is busy. To her credit, she is getting everything done, if not in a rude and untimely manner .The management here either needs to have at least one other employee scheduled overnight with the ability to keep up with late night rush. Or not be open during the hours they lack sufficient staff

I really love Krystals. Always have, but rarely eat here. How can I justify paying the most outrageous price in the entire world for a fast food ? I can't. But I can say that the food at this one is always fresh and hot. No complaints.

Had been 10 years since I've had Krystal Burgers. I missed it so. Food was just as I remembered, amazing. The girl working was by herself but great service. She did a great job.

Disappointed. 😔 I came here two weeks ago and was able to order inside. Was hoping to walk inside again and order breakfast to eat inside my truck. I'm a city worker and the truck and trailer cannot fit inside the drive-thru. I would've walked in the drive-thru (I've been doing it over the road in all 48 states since Covid hit) but it was about 10+ vehicles deep. Please consider having doors open for take-out open only?

Went to get food from here this morning and had the worse experience ever! Not only did a car hit me from behind in the driveway but I paid $20 after sitting there for 30 minutes just for my burgers to be freezing cold! Wouldn’t recommend

Ok... we stop by Krystal's every time we come home to Mobile from Texas... what happened to my Krystal burger??.. it has different meat!!...and no little onions!!. it tastes more processed,,more like soy..not meat... absolutely NASTY!!..have they changed their meat distributor?... changed the famous Krystal?? We are stopping at another location to investigate further!!
