I order a brisket sub with dipping sauce and this is what I received. If you can see the meat is dried out and the cheese is old, seems to be old curly fries(?). First time I’ve been disappointed in Arbys. Attempt to fill out a survey but the store location 1865 is not found LOL

Bottom line is... this Arby's has extremely rude employees. I watched as the lady at the register kept treating each customer with disrespect. Never eating there again. Manager needs to do her job and hold the employees accountable for their attitudes towards customers.

Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes nothing went to the window the worker was leaned up against the counter playing on her phone never even acknowledge I was there. I knocked on window nothing. There was a line of cars behind me also.

Was in Mobile yesterday, and stopped at the arby's near the medical plaza on dauphin st.. had a smokehouse brisket and a creamy Mediterranean wrap.. prepared hot and fresh.. Young lady in the drive thru was very polite and professional too.. would definitely frequent again..

Arbys is awesome. We have never had a bad experience. We ring the bell after every visit. We love the sliders and curly fries and love the promotions that they run. Always something tasty on the menu at Arby's. Turkey ham roast beef chicken brisket beef roast beef roast beef roast beef, lol. Yummy!

The staff at this location are very nice. It's usually very empty if you go into the lobby at all, and I often do, since my driver's side window doesn't work. The people behind the counter are always super pleasant and the vibe remains really chill. They get your order out to you pretty quickly, but it overall feels very relaxed in a super nice way. :^]

My husband loves the French Dip Sandwiches, I like the Beef N Cheddar sandwich, my sister likes the Jamocha Milk Shakes.
