This place switches up people pretty often but I've had no trouble with anyone who was making my sandwich. Everyone seems extremely nice and helpful. I'd hit the perfect sandwich button every time except for I hate that sound. This place usually stays clean. I've been there a couple times where they just may not have had time to wipe off tables from one customer to the next, but I've found they will gladly help if you ask.

I hate to rate a store on one employees dysfunction but I guess no one will pay attention if star rating for the store is good. Went in and ordered a pretty simple sub with like three toppings, HUNTER the employee who made it seemed to be pissed off at something the entire time and at one point smacked his hand down on the counter. I pretty much ignored the whole thing and figured he was having a bad day or something but then he did it to the next person too. Seriously need some new help at this subway. Otherwise the store was fine. Next time though I think I will drive a bit further and go to another subway.

There's plenty of other Subways in the area so if you're having trouble deciding which one to go to, I can tell you one NOT to go to. Crappy service and the worker, this one in particular was a Caucasian male who was tall and had an afro, just did not care about putting your sandwich together. On top of that, no napkins. I had ordered a Flatizza pepperoni pizza but it was cold as well as haphazardly put together. Marinara sauce all over the box and on my fingers. I could have cleaned it up no problem, if only I had been given NAPKINS to do it. If you're looking for a Subway with kind workers, better food, and soup, I suggest the Subway on the corner of Old Shell and University. This subway also doesn't serve soup which is ridiculous because Subway soup is delicious.

I went inside this store for a cup of water because I was having an asthma attack and the manager was very rude kept saying i have to pay .25 cents for water she would not allow me to get water without paying, saying there is nothing she can do nastily to me. i will never return they dont care about you
