Service was great!! The young lady who made my sub, Haley, took her time putting my sandwich together. Hard to find someone in a restaurant that thinks about if they will eat what they serve the customers before hand. That’s a good trait to have while dealing with the public. She was a delight.

It is upsetting to come into a restaurant and the person fixing the food has not just sagging pants but pants so far down that his whole rear end was exposed. The location appears very clean and inviting but that turned out stomach. We decided to leave without ordering.

Never have I ever been treated more rude by the brown long haired white lady here. I politely asked her to change her gloves because I’m allergic to cheese which she was very annoyed to do. Rolled her eyes at me and acted like a complete fool. I have a severe allergy and I always ask kindly for them to change there gloves and not touch cheese or any dairy products while they make my sandwich. Then she starts touching all the cheese bread while she’s making my sandwich so I ask hey did you just touch cheese im allergic your cross contaminating my sandwich. She slammed the tray down and huffed and rolled her eyes. It was so unnecessary. The other women who work here have ALWAYS treated me kindly. If I come back it won’t be when she’s working because that was ridiculous I work down the street and I will gladly drive to another subway instead or jersey mikes they are always so understanding about allergies !

Gotta love this place, the customer service here is great! She takes her time and makes your sub just the way you like it. Oh, they also honor they coupons, unlike some other locations nearby.

I had a wonderful young man serve me. His name is Kaniel. He was working alone and he was very courteous and professional. He is one of the nicest people that I've ever met in a Subway!!! Kudos to the owner for having such a wonderful employee!!! I had been to 2 other Subways before this one and they both were closed. This will be my regular go to subway from now on.

Had an issue with mold being on the ice the district manager had the worse, most unfriendly, attitude that I’ve ever witnessed. When i told her her response was…… Oh ok and placed two cups on the counter and walked off, when i started to get more ice thinking it was maybe the cup the ice had black mold on it i told her that it’s the ice she shrugged her shoulder and said ok. i walked back down to my office to retrieve the other cup THAT I PURCHASED and just asked for a refund and the association said that she can’t offer any refunds very much nonchalant , when I asked why because they had mold on their ice she said because her district manager has to! I work down the walk way and eat there every other day just being too lazy to go anywhere else! But they lost a customer!!!! I've seen better customer service at McDonald's who's know for the opposite
