Marco's Pizza

Saturday, 3/26/22 @ Dawes location. Typically get take out here once a week. We called in an order for pickup. Upon arriving 20 mins later, we were told at the pickup window that the order was in the oven and it would be another "7 minutes"... busy evening. No problem, pulled around front, parked, and waited about 10 minutes before walking in. After waiting inside another 25 minutes, and asking a couple more times, we were finally told that they hadn't even started on our order yet and didn't know when they would get to it. Got our refund and left. Usually great service and great food but the crew working this particular day couldn't have cared less. If they would have just been honest upfront about how busy they were, no big deal. But flat out lying to customers and acting aggravated when questioned is not acceptable. Several people inside were all experiencing the same issue. Last time we'll go to this location. Hopefully it doesn't get this way at other locations, still love the food!

Order two pizzas for delivery. Said it would be 1.5 to 2 hours. After 2 hours called the store and they couldn't find the order and said "just wait 15 minutes and hopefully someone will show up and if they don't we will refund you". Not acceptable and will buy my pizza elsewhere from here on out. Update. Now having to wait for a refund as well. All around terrible experience

We placed our carry-out order through DoorDash, received the notification our order was ready, and went to pick up our pizzas. Upon walking in, the fella working the counter couldn’t find our order and told me I was at the wrong store. I was not and had the notification on my phone to prove it. The fella walked to the back to further look for my food. Nobody told me what was going on with my order, so I patiently sat down and waited. 15 minutes later it was clear that they had never made my food. Nobody said anything to me. Once my food was ready they tried to tell me I still had to pay for it. I ordered through an app that requires payment when you place your order. When I asked to speak to the manager, someone just walked up from the back of the store, pressed a few keys on the register, tells the guy at the counter “it’s his,” and walks away. Nobody ever apologized or really said anything to me the entire time I was there. Terrible customer service.

Food was great and fresh, props to the pizza makers, butttttt the front staff or window workers literally lack any customer service skills. I get tired of the poor attitudes and attention to details when it comes to something as simple as asking for my sauces..I'm not gonna go into details but what do you expect when you hire children.

Worst experience ever. Ordered food at 6:30 pm and after going at the time it showed my order was ready,had to wait 46 minutes to get my order. Lobby was packed and other customers in parking lot waiting with same result. Delivery was going out but online and call in orders were completely overlooked. Really not worth going back. Pizza box is drowned in grease.

I gave 3 stars because in the past marcos on dawes has been top knotch but here recently not so much and last night was horrible. Last night I ordered my usual and was told it wouldn't be delivered in 1 hr no biggie but after 1.5 hr I called to see what was going on. I was told it wasn't assigned to a driver for some reason and that they would send it asap I said ok. After another 30min for a total of 2hr still no pizza so I called and canceled and got a refund. So today I call to talk to the manager because I had used my loyalty points and wanted to make sure I got them back. The manager tells me the driver said he came to my house and that a man said that they hadn't ordered any pizza. I told the manager no one came to my house he then argued with me about and got a attitude with me. I love marcos pizza bit after this I'm probably going back to poppa John's or pizza hut which is a shame because I have used marcos since they opened on dawes.
